What is all the hype about "systems"?
Systems that can be repeated over and over provide consistency, and consistency leads to quality. Automation of everyday tasks takes the pressure off of you to be the “do-er” and instead, lets you be the leader you want to be. Let us show you the transformative impact of our systems on your program’s success. Our dedicated team will guide you every step of the way, ensuring consistency, automation, and routine that will take your program to new levels of excellence.

What are the benefits of being nationally accredited?
National accreditation can offer several benefits for both the center itself and the children and families it serves. Accreditation ensures that your program meets or exceeds established quality standards and encourages ongoing self-assessment and continuous improvement. This keeps your program current with best practices and likely in the top tier of your state’s Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) which makes you eligible for many government programs, grants, and higher subsidy reimbursements. Parents are more likely to trust an accredited program because they know that the center has met certain standards and undergoes regular evaluations. This can lead to increased enrollment and customer satisfaction.
How long does it take to get Nationally Accredited?
At Early Childhood Excellence, we understand that achieving excellence in early childhood education is a journey that requires time and dedication. Typically, the process takes about 18 months to 2 years. However, some programs are further along than others, and every program has different needs and resources. The actual amount of time for your program will depend on your program’s current status. Take advantage of our free 30-minute consultation to discuss this with your particular program in mind.
What if I can’t afford national accreditation?
No need to worry! You can implement our proven processes and strategies now and become accredited later when you’re ready. Simplify maintenance, foster growth, and ensure success with our quality solutions and collection of resources. Making small changes over time within your budget will set you up for success regardless of your national accreditation status.
My state has an ‘accreditation’ system. Can’t I just use that?
Absolutely! Many programs have used their state’s system. Early Childhood Excellence offers a viable option that puts you in control. No more worries about changing staff or waiting for verification visits. Working with us allows you to move at your own pace, not theirs.
What does quality have to do with retaining staff?
The quality of your program can significantly impact the job satisfaction and overall experience of your staff, which, in turn, influences their decision to stay or leave. Factors such as a well-structured curriculum, access to resources, supportive leadership, and positive relationships with children and families can contribute to job satisfaction. High-quality programs often prioritize staff development and training which can motivate employees to stay with the program, as they see their own careers progressing.
